Xiknal Tours reserves the right to contract on behalf of the user, the services requested from suppliers, precisely in the quality or categories contracted. In case of modification of the direct service provider, it will be provided by another of equivalent quality, if the user makes use of the service, it will be understood that he consented to such modification and no claim, compensation or refund will be made.

We understand that mitigating circumstances can occur and a change in the reservation date may be necessary. For this reason, in the tours operated by Xiknal Tours we can change the date for the tour within a period of one year from the reservation date at no additional charge. * Limited to two reprogrammings.

If a cancellation is required due to diseases that are an impediment to performing the activity, a medical prescription is required.

Refunds can only be processed through the same form of payment as the reservation. If you cancel the activity or diving due to weather conditions, the full refund applies. * In the event that the client cannot take the dive due to illness, a certificate or medical prescription must be presented.

In the special packages, for some reason it is not possible to participate in any of the activities included, the difference is refunded after charging the regular value of the activities carried out.

1. Reservations canceled 12hrs (or less) before the date of operation, have a charge of the total service.

2. Reservations canceled 3-1 days in advance have a 50% charge.

3. No show: The customer is granted a tolerance of 10 minutes after the previously established schedule, if the customer does not show up at the previously established time for his tour, it will be understood that the customer cancels his service unilaterally and will not be refunded. Some trips require a minimum number of participants (published on the form) to avoid cancellation.

We cannot guarantee or refund the tour if the user(s) are late. Reservations can only be made by people over 18 years of age or under the supervision of an adult, otherwise, the reservation will be null. Reservations are not transferable. All guests will receive identification bracelets that will serve as proof for the corresponding tour.

4. Cancellations 3-4 days or less before the date of the service are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of administrative expenses.
